• • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KissMyApps SAS, you will be instrumental in fueling our rapid growth by attracting and securing top-tier talent across our diverse portfolio of 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles, from middle to senior levels, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to manage vacancies end-to-end, initiating with thorough brief calls to understand the precise needs of hiring teams, and culminating in the successful presentation of offers to selected candidates. This involves a deep dive into role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic alignment.
• • You will be tasked with developing sophisticated sourcing strategies tailored to each unique vacancy. This requires a proactive and innovative approach to identify and engage passive candidates, leveraging a variety of channels and methodologies to reach individuals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • A significant part of your role will involve conducting comprehensive interviews.
