- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KissMyApps SAS, you will be instrumental in fueling our rapid growth by attracting and securing top-tier talent across our diverse portfolio of 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles, from middle to senior levels, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage vacancies end-to-end, initiating with thorough brief calls to understand the precise needs of hiring teams, and culminating in the successful presentation of offers to selected candidates. This involves a deep dive into role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic alignment.
- • You will be tasked with developing sophisticated sourcing strategies tailored to each unique vacancy. This requires a proactive and innovative approach to identify and engage passive candidates, leveraging a variety of channels and methodologies to reach individuals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- • A significant part of your role will involve conducting comprehensive interviews. This includes initial introductory calls to assess basic fit and interest, as well as in-depth competency-based interviews designed to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. You will be adept at using various interview methodologies to gain a holistic understanding of each candidate.
- • Collaboration with the hiring team is paramount. You will ensure that the recruitment process is transparent, efficient, and mutually understood, fostering strong working relationships and providing regular updates and insights.
- • Creating an exceptional candidate experience is a core objective. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality, timely, and personalized communication with all candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their journey, thereby enhancing our employer brand.
- • Embracing a data-driven approach, you will meticulously track key recruitment metrics for your vacancies. This data will inform your decision-making, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes.

You will continuously monitor the talent landscape, identify emerging recruitment best practices, and propose innovative initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. This includes collaborating closely with PR and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with broader company objectives.
