  • • Embark on a pivotal role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iDeals Solutions Group Limited, a globally recognized B2B SaaS product company renowned for its secure business collaboration solutions.   • • In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind acquiring top-tier talent, primarily focusing on roles within our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales and Marketing teams, with a significant emphasis on the APAC region. You will own the entire candidate lifecycle, from the initial outreach and screening to the final job offer, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every candidate.
  • • Your responsibilities extend beyond transactional recruitment. You will act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers and HR teams, collaborating closely to deeply understand role requirements, refine interview structures, and champion an exceptional candidate experience. This is an opportunity to innovate, optimize existing recruitment processes, and develop robust sourcing strategies that identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • • You will be empowered with cutting-edge recruitment tools, including Ashby, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Monday, to enhance efficiency, speed, and the overall quality of our hiring outcomes. Your proactive approach to sourcing will involve leveraging multiple channels such as LinkedIn, employee referrals, niche job boards, and professional networks to pinpoint high-caliber GTM professionals.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to facilitate the design and implementation of effective assessment processes and tools. This includes conducting thorough candidate assessments to evaluate not only their technical competencies but also their cultural and values alignment through various methods like screening calls, behavioral interviews (CBI), organizing assessments, and conducting role-plays.
  • • You will be responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), adhering to strict deadlines, and meticulously managing each stage of the recruitment process. Maintaining accurate project documentation and analyzing recruitment data will be crucial for continuous improvement and reporting.
  • • Engaging in proactive recruitment marketing activities and targeted campaigns will be essential to build our employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates.   • • This role requires a strong project management mindset, enabling you to plan, organize, and lead the closure of vacancies as distinct projects. You will also be responsible for organizing and moderating high-quality, prompt communication within the hiring project team, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • • While the primary focus will be on the APAC region (approximately 90%), you will also have the opportunity to support recruitment efforts in other international regions (approximately 10%). This global exposure will broaden your understanding of diverse talent markets and recruitment challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sales operations, with a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment projects.
  • • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior, coupled with a strong understanding of international sourcing principles.
  • • Excellent rapport and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • • Fluency in English (C2 level) is mandatory.
  • • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is highly preferred, demonstrating an advantage in regional recruitment efforts.
