📋 Description
- • Talent Acquisition Specialist at Advertisement Strike Ltd (DEVILS), a leading media buying company in Eastern Europe with 1000+ specialists and 15+ large-scale projects, responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing 5+ open positions simultaneously across affiliate/media buying, back-office, and top digital roles; scaling the media buying talent pipeline; conducting executive search for specialists and teams; analyzing the labor market and expanding professional networks; providing high-quality feedback to candidates and hiring managers; and using innovative TA tools to enhance candidate sourcing funnels.
- • The team operates within a vertically integrated holding company with 11 autonomous departments, offering access to proprietary CRM/ERP systems, analytics infrastructure, and a media buying, design hub, and analytics ecosystem that empowers data-driven recruitment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in executive sourcing for high-growth digital and affiliate markets, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge recruitment technologies, receive personalized feedback from industry leaders, and access company-funded training to grow into a top-tier talent acquisition professional.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or as a sales manager
- • Ability to objectively assess candidate profiles
- • Self-organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- • Familiarity with iGaming, affiliate marketing, or media buying is a plus
