  • • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nabla Bio, Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s Go To Market (GTM) teams by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for sales, marketing, and customer success positions across the United States. Your work directly supports Nabla’s mission to restore joy to clinical practice through AI-powered healthcare innovation, ensuring the company can hire the people needed to bring its ambient clinical assistant to more clinicians and patients.
  • • You will partner closely with the Senior TA Specialist in New York and collaborate with an international recruiting team to build robust talent pipelines, drive efficient hiring cycles, and uphold an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Nabla’s values of excellence, humility, and inclusion.
  • • Day to day, you will source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels; craft personalized outreach messages that generate high response rates; conduct initial screening calls to assess fit, motivation, and experience; manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with strong organizational skills; continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate touchpoints; and ensure seamless coordination throughout the recruitment process from first contact to offer stage.
  • • You will operate in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment where curiosity, proactivity, and adaptability are essential, leveraging tools like Ashby (ATS) and AI-assisted recruiting platforms to enhance your effectiveness while maintaining a human-centered approach to talent acquisition.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in tech recruiting for GTM functions within a purpose-led healthtech scaleup, refine your sourcing and interviewing techniques using modern tools, gain experience in building scalable recruitment processes, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes both performance and people—positioning you for growth into senior TA or HR business partner roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4+ years of experience in proactive sourcing and recruiting for Go To Market (GTM) roles, including sales, marketing, or customer success.
  • • Proven ability to source candidates effectively using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
  • • Experience conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and motivation.
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and relationships.
  • • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Ashby, and comfort using AI tools to support recruiting workflows.
  • • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
  • • Comfortable collaborating in a multicultural, distributed environment with teams in the US and France.
