- • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across multiple functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering in global locations.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities across BJAK’s expanding global teams.
- • Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach methods.
- • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both active openings and future hiring needs across diverse functions and regions.
- • Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform recruitment strategies and anticipate hiring demands in evolving markets.
- • Coordinate and manage full interview cycles while ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- • Provide regular updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, hiring initiatives, and employer branding efforts across the organization.
- • Collaborate with internal recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to align on hiring goals and deliver consistent outcomes across functions.
- • Demonstrate ownership of recruitment outcomes by adapting to evolving priorities and high-volume hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities reflect BJAK’s values of speed, ownership, and engineering and product excellence.
- • Contribute to improving hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience through proactive process enhancements and feedback loops.
- • Engage with international talent markets and support hiring across multiple geographies as BJAK scales its global operations.
- • Maintain fluency in English for all communications and leverage additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese) to enhance candidate engagement where applicable.
- • Operate with high attention to detail, organizational rigor, and accountability in managing multiple concurrent hiring priorities.
- • Work within a flat organizational structure where initiative, execution, and impact are prioritized over hierarchical titles.
- • Directly contribute to the growth of a company building category-defining products globally, with exposure to high-impact business functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field
- • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- • Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering
- • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
