- • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards—leverage Boolean strings, talent mapping, competitor analysis, university partnerships, apprenticeship fairs and niche professional communities to build evergreen pipelines for critical roles in engineering, software, sales and operations.
- • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional hiring teams; translate business growth plans into quarterly hiring forecasts, advise on market availability, compensation benchmarking and diversity slates, and present data-driven recommendations that influence workforce planning decisions.

- • Build and maintain a network of high-potential passive talent through CRM workflows in Workday and HireEZ; nurture silver-medalist communities with quarterly newsletters, technical webinars and early-career hackathons to reduce future time-to-fill by up to 30%.
- • Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation to design competitive, equitable offers; conduct salary surveys, analyze internal parity and present holistic packages that balance base, bonus, equity and green-benefits to secure hard-to-find profiles in tight labor markets.
- • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion by embedding structured interviewing, diverse slates and inclusive language audits into every search; track funnel diversity metrics and co-lead employee-resource-group recruiting events to ensure our workforce mirrors the communities we serve.

- • Act as the European ambassador for Copeland’s global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence; share best practices in weekly stand-ups with US and APAC peers, contribute to playbook updates and mentor junior recruiters to elevate team capability across regions.
- • Maintain compliance with GDPR, local labor laws and Copeland’s global mobility policies; manage right-to-work documentation, background checks and immigration cases while partnering with Legal to mitigate risk and ensure seamless cross-border hires.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where you will juggle 15–20 concurrent requisitions, pivot quickly when priorities shift and celebrate wins as a collaborative, high-energy team that is reshaping the future of sustainable climate technology.
