- • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across multiple functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities across global regions.
- • Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs across diverse functions and geographies.
- • Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform recruitment strategies and anticipate future hiring demands.
- • Coordinate and manage full-cycle interview processes while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- • Provide regular updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and key stakeholders to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- • Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding efforts to enhance BJAK’s talent appeal.
- • Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to align on hiring goals and deliver consistent outcomes across the organization.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring targets.
- • Demonstrate ownership, resilience, and adaptability while managing multiple concurrent vacancies with precision and urgency.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with BJAK’s values of speed, ownership, and engineering and product excellence.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, efficient, and candidate-centric recruitment function as BJAK expands globally beyond insurance into new category-defining products.
- • Fluently communicate in English to engage with global stakeholders and candidates; leverage additional language skills such as Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Thai, or Japanese when applicable.
- • Deliver strong hiring outcomes while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and experience across all functions and regions.
- • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency, hiring quality, and team performance through data, feedback, and process refinement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
- • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- • Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering.
- • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- • Fluency in English is required.
