  • In this dynamic role, you will function as a project manager for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending job offers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the meticulous planning, organization, and execution of closing vacancies, treating each as a distinct project. You will be responsible for orchestrating high-quality and prompt communication among all members of the hiring project team, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. A significant part of your role will involve developing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies across a diverse range of channels, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, and professional networks, with the specific aim of identifying and engaging top-tier GTM talent. You will also contribute to the design and refinement of assessment processes and tools, ensuring they are effective in evaluating candidate competencies and cultural fit. This includes conducting initial screening calls, behavioral interviews, and coordinating assessments or role-playing exercises to gauge candidate suitability.
  • You will be tasked with meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), adhering to strict deadlines, and managing each stage of the recruitment process with precision and efficiency. Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and analyzing recruitment metrics will be crucial for continuous improvement and reporting. Furthermore, you will actively participate in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns to enhance iDeals' employer brand and attract a wider pool of qualified candidates. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process is paramount, ensuring that every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality and respect. You will foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, refine interview structures, and collaboratively shape the candidate journey.
  • Your scope will primarily cover recruitment projects within the APAC region, accounting for approximately 90% of your workload, with the remaining 10% dedicated to other international regions. This global perspective will allow you to develop a nuanced understanding of diverse talent markets and recruitment practices. You will have the autonomy to innovate and optimize existing recruitment processes, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers. To support your efforts, you will be equipped with best-in-class recruitment tools such as Ashby, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Monday.com, which are designed to enhance efficiency, accelerate hiring speed, and maintain the highest standards of quality in talent acquisition. 🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sales operations.
  • Experience in managing the full-cycle of recruitment projects.
  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour.
  • Understanding of international sourcing principles.
  • Rapport and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (C2).
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is preferred.
  • Knowledge of a competency-based approach in interviewing is a plus.
  • Strong networking skills are a plus.
