- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Commercial Roles) at Unlimit Group Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s global fintech ecosystem by identifying and attracting top talent for commercial positions across its 17 international offices.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for commercial roles — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience that reflects Unlimit’s innovative and AI-driven culture.
- • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed Talent Acquisition team within a fast-growing fintech leader that is pioneering the shift from human-operated financial services to AI-native infrastructure, where machine-to-machine interactions and intelligent automation are central to product evolution.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical and commercial hiring within the fintech sector, strengthen your end-to-end recruitment capabilities, and contribute directly to Unlimit’s mission of building the nervous system for a borderless global economy by securing the talent needed to scale its intelligent platform globally.
