As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of our scaling efforts, directly contributing to the company's evolution as we grow to over 100 employees. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of EverAI by assembling the exceptional talent that drives our innovative AI products.
- • In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and partner with leaders across all departments to identify, attract, and secure top global talent. Your primary mission will be to build a recruitment stack that mirrors the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide, ensuring we continue to attract elite professionals from leading tech hubs across the globe.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, beginning with proactive Talent Mapping and Sourcing. This includes identifying and engaging high-caliber passive talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach and robust networking. You will be instrumental in implementing an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging cutting-edge tools, AI agents, and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to staying ahead of our continuous scaling needs.
- • A significant part of your role will focus on ensuring a World-Class Candidate Experience. You will own the candidate journey from the initial discovery call through to the final offer acceptance, ensuring every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of the highest quality, regardless of the outcome. This includes conducting structured interviews to meticulously assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- • You will also be a key player in Hiring Operations and Process Innovation. Working hand-in-hand with Founders and Team Leads, you will actively contribute to refining hiring workflows, identifying and removing bottlenecks, and strengthening our overall recruitment operations as we expand beyond 100 employees. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative Employer Branding initiatives and other creative projects designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent.
- • We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with our product's nature, which is based on uncensored models and content, and who can effectively recruit for roles within this unique domain. This role offers the chance to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function, experiment with new AI tools in recruitment, launch impactful employer branding strategies, and test novel sourcing approaches to maintain our high standards.
