As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a pivotal moment to join EverAI, as the next hires will significantly shape the company's trajectory as we expand beyond 100 employees. You will play a crucial role in assembling the world-class team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally, working closely with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and partnering with leaders across all business functions.
- • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. You will be instrumental in refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance recruitment processes, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality.
- • Key responsibilities include global talent scouting, where you will proactively identify and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. This involves thoughtful outreach and strong networking to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. You will also focus on smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack by leveraging tools, AI agents, and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be essential to stay ahead of our scaling hiring needs.
- • A significant aspect of this role is ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer close. It is imperative that every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome. This includes conducting structured interviews to effectively assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, and providing concise, actionable summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- • You will also be involved in hiring operations, collaborating closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate friction points, and strengthen our operational efficiency as we grow beyond 100 employees. Furthermore, you will contribute to employer branding and other strategic initiatives, developing creative content and campaigns that position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent worldwide.
