• • EverAI is at the forefront of AI companionship, rapidly expanding its user base to over 50 million and aiming for 100 million and beyond. As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, dynamic team of approximately 75 individuals. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of EverAI, as the next wave of hires will define our trajectory as we scale beyond 100 employees. You will be instrumental in building the team behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products, working directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and partnering with leaders across all functions.
• • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support a company serving a massive international audience. This involves a strategic approach to talent acquisition, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline development.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve global talent scouting, where you will actively map and engage with elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. This proactive outreach, combined with strong networking capabilities, will be crucial in identifying candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. You will also be tasked with implementing an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging cutting-edge tools, AI agents, and unconventional channels to discover exceptional talent. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive candidates globally will ensure we maintain a competitive edge in securing top talent as we continue our rapid expansion.
• • Ensuring a world-class candidate experience is paramount. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer and closing. Every interaction must be characterized by clarity, respect, and a high standard of quality, regardless of the outcome for the candidate. This includes conducting structured interviews to rigorously assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit, providing hiring managers and leadership with concise, actionable feedback and summaries.
• • Beyond direct recruitment, you will play a key role in process innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with founders and team leads to refine hiring workflows, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance our overall operational efficiency as we grow. Furthermore, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives and other creative projects designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's leading AI talent. This includes developing content and strategies that highlight our unique culture, innovative products, and growth opportunities.
