• • This role is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a pivotal position within the company's ambitious scaling plans. As the second dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of EverAI by helping to grow the team from its current 75 members to over 100. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and partner with leaders across all business functions to recruit top global talent, particularly in the highly competitive tech sector. The company actively hires internationally, drawing talent from leading tech hubs around the world.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves contributing to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition function itself. You will have the opportunity to refine internal recruitment workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance sourcing and recruitment processes, develop and launch employer branding initiatives to attract elite candidates, and test innovative sourcing strategies to maintain the company's high hiring standards.
• • The key mission for this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment technology stack that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving a massive global user base. This involves a proactive approach to talent sourcing and a strategic vision for recruitment operations.
• • Responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach and networking. You will also be responsible for smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, and utilizing various tools, including AI agents and niche technical communities, to find exceptional candidates. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally is essential to stay ahead of future hiring needs.
• • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in ensuring a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire candidate journey from initial contact to the final offer. This includes conducting structured interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit, and providing concise, actionable feedback to hiring managers and leadership. You will also collaborate closely with founders and team leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall recruitment process as the company continues to grow.
