• • The team at EverAI is a passionate and dedicated group of approximately 75 individuals, driven by a founding team with extensive entrepreneurial experience in scaling web products from inception to IPO.
• • Key leadership includes CEO Alexis Soulopoulos, with over 10 years in tech executive leadership and co-founder of Mad Paws Holdings (0 to IPO); CTO Michael Monin, with over 10 years as CTO/COO and experience in AI/LLM; CMO Thomas Lacroix, with over 8 years in customer acquisition and e-commerce growth; and CFO/Legal Maruša Fasano, with over 25 years in finance, strategy, and M&A.
• • This role is pivotal for EverAI's next phase of growth, aiming to scale the team to over 100 people. As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's future by partnering directly with the CEO and leaders across all functions to assemble the team behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products.
• • The position involves hiring internationally across all company functions, with a significant emphasis on technical roles, drawing talent from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • You will have a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of Talent Acquisition at EverAI, refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a high bar for talent quality.
• • The core mission of this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack capable of supporting a company with a global user base of 50 million.
• • Key responsibilities include global talent scouting, identifying and engaging elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking.
• • You will implement and leverage an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing AI agents, niche technical communities, and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial to proactively address future hiring needs.
• • A paramount focus will be placed on delivering a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire journey from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
• • Conducting structured interviews to rigorously assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership, will be a key duty.
• • You will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational effectiveness as the company scales beyond 100 employees.
• • Contributing to employer branding efforts and other strategic initiatives to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent is also a significant aspect of the role.
