As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a pivotal moment to join EverAI, as the next wave of hires will significantly shape the company's trajectory as we expand to over 100 employees. You will play a crucial role in assembling the talent that drives one of the fastest-growing AI products globally, working directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and partnering with leaders across all functions.
• • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function, refine internal workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launch impactful employer branding initiatives, and test innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high hiring standards.
• • Key responsibilities include Global Talent Scouting, where you will actively map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. This involves identifying and connecting with passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and robust networking. You will also be instrumental in Smart Sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. This means leveraging a variety of tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is another critical aspect of this role, ensuring we proactively address future hiring needs as we continue our rapid scaling. You will be responsible for delivering a World-Class Candidate Experience, managing the entire candidate journey from the initial discovery call through to the final offer close. It is essential that every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of the highest quality, regardless of the outcome.
• • Conducting effective Interviews and Screenings will be a core duty, involving structured interviews to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment. You will provide concise, actionable summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making. Furthermore, you will contribute to Hiring Operations by collaborating closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen our operational processes as we grow beyond 100 employees.
