As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a pivotal moment to join EverAI, as the next wave of hires will significantly shape the company's trajectory as we expand to over 100 employees. You will play a central role in this expansion, working directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and partnering with leaders across all departments to build the exceptional team behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products.
• • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. You will have the chance to refine internal workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launch impactful employer branding initiatives, and test innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality talent.
• • Key responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging elite candidates from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. You will proactively connect with individuals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities through thoughtful outreach and robust networking. A significant part of your role will involve smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. This means leveraging a variety of tools, from AI agents to specialized technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional talent.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to ensure we consistently meet our hiring needs as we continue our rapid scaling. You will be instrumental in ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from the initial discovery call to the final offer acceptance. Every interaction with EverAI should be characterized by clarity, respect, and a high level of professionalism, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
• • Conducting structured interviews will be a core duty, focusing on assessing both technical aptitude and cultural alignment. You will provide concise, actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance our recruitment processes as we grow beyond 100 employees. Contributing to employer branding and other strategic initiatives will also be part of your role, helping to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent globally.
