As a rapidly scaling company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and hardworking team of approximately 75 individuals. • • In this fully remote role, based in Italy, you will be instrumental in assembling the world-class team behind one of the fastest-growing AI products globally. You will work directly with the CEO and partner with leaders across all functions, with a particular emphasis on our technology teams, attracting top talent from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • Your role will extend beyond traditional recruitment; you will have the opportunity to influence and evolve our Talent Acquisition function. This includes refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality talent.
• • The key mission for this position is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving millions of users.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass global talent mapping and sourcing, where you will actively scout and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies. This involves identifying and connecting with passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and robust networking. You will also be responsible for smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels to discover exceptional individuals.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to staying ahead of our scaling hiring needs. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from the initial discovery call to the final offer close. Every interaction with EverAI should be clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome.
• • You will conduct structured interviews to effectively assess candidates' technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate friction points, and strengthen our operational efficiency as we expand.
