With a user base of 50 million and ambitious plans to reach 100 million and beyond, EverAI is at the forefront of AI companionship, creating entirely new categories of digital interaction. You will be instrumental in assembling the elite team that drives this innovation, working closely with the CEO and leadership across all functions, with a particular emphasis on bolstering our technical capabilities.
• • This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, passionate, and high-performing team of approximately 75 individuals, many of whom come from successful entrepreneurial backgrounds with experience scaling tech products from inception to IPO. You are joining at a defining stage, where your contributions will directly influence the company's trajectory as it scales beyond 100 employees.
• • Your primary mission is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support a company of our scale and ambition. This involves not just filling roles, but strategically building the talent pipeline for sustained growth.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve global talent scouting. You will be tasked with mapping and engaging with elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. This requires a proactive approach, utilizing thoughtful outreach and strong networking skills to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • You will be a key player in implementing an AI-first recruitment stack. This means leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI agents and specialized platforms, to discover exceptional talent. Your ability to identify and utilize unconventional channels will be crucial in finding candidates who stand out.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is essential. As EverAI continues its rapid expansion, maintaining a robust network of potential candidates will ensure we consistently meet our hiring needs and stay ahead of the competition.
• • Delivering a world-class candidate experience is paramount. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial contact to the final offer. Ensuring that every interaction is clear, respectful, and positive, regardless of the outcome, is critical to our employer brand.
