• • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, contributing significantly to the company's growth from its current 75-person team to over 100 employees and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to join at a defining stage and influence the evolution of Talent Acquisition strategies.
• • You will partner directly with the CEO and leaders across all functions, with a particular emphasis on building out the company's strong tech capabilities. The role involves a global scope, sourcing talent from leading tech hubs worldwide and across diverse functional areas.
• • A key aspect of this role is the opportunity to innovate and refine the recruitment process. You will be instrumental in experimenting with new AI tools, developing and launching employer branding initiatives, and testing novel sourcing strategies to maintain the company's high bar for quality talent.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting with proactive talent mapping and global scouting. You will identify and engage elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies, utilizing thoughtful outreach and robust networking to connect with passive candidates.
• • You will be a champion for smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. This involves leveraging a variety of tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional individuals.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to staying ahead of future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling trajectory.
• • A core focus will be on delivering a world-class candidate experience. You will own the candidate journey from the initial contact through to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and reflects the high standards of EverAI.
• • This includes conducting structured interviews to rigorously assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • You will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall recruitment process as the company expands beyond 100 employees.
