As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and globally distributed team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a pivotal moment to join EverAI, as the next wave of hires will significantly shape the company's trajectory as we scale towards 100+ employees.
  • • In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top global talent. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and partner with leaders across all departments to build the exceptional team that powers one of the world's fastest-growing AI products. Our hiring efforts span international markets and all company functions, with a particular emphasis on technical roles, drawing talent from leading tech hubs worldwide.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. You will have the autonomy to refine internal recruitment workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our recruitment stack, develop and launch innovative employer branding initiatives, and test novel sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality candidates.
  • • Your core mission will be to scout, engage, and successfully hire elite global talent. Simultaneously, you will contribute to building a robust recruitment infrastructure capable of supporting a company with a global user base of 50 million. This involves not only filling current roles but also strategically planning for future hiring needs.
  • • Key responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging passive candidates from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies through thoughtful outreach and networking. You will also be responsible for smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing tools like AI agents and niche technical communities to discover exceptional talent.
  • • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial to staying ahead of scaling hiring demands. You will be the custodian of a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire journey from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome.
  • • Conducting structured interviews to rigorously assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment will be a key part of your role. You will provide concise, actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in optimizing hiring operations by collaborating closely with Founders and Team Leads to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen our recruitment processes as we expand beyond 100 employees.
  • • Contributing to employer branding and other strategic initiatives will help position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent. This includes developing creative content and campaigns that resonate with high-caliber professionals.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specifically in tech recruitment. Experience within a startup or scale-up environment is essential, as is a proven track record of global sourcing, attracting talent from major tech hubs across the USA, EU, LATAM, and other regions.
  • • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is required. You should thrive in a high-trust, empowered environment where you can drive improvements, learn continuously, and make a tangible impact. Strong communication and collaborative skills, with perfect fluency in English, are paramount. A goal-oriented mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to excellence are expected.
  • • We are looking for a 'doer' who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced setting. Humility and a willingness to learn and accept feedback are highly valued. Importantly, candidates must be comfortable hiring for products that may involve uncensored models and content, reflecting the nature of our AI companionship platform.
  • • Bonus points include experience in AI recruitment, familiarity with the AI landscape, or prior exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
