• • This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fully remote team of approximately 75 passionate individuals, with a founding team that boasts a strong track record of building and scaling successful tech ventures, including IPOs and significant exits.
• • As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our continued expansion, working directly with the CEO and partnering with leadership across all departments to assemble the talent that drives our success.
• • Your primary mission is to identify, attract, and onboard exceptional global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a robust recruitment infrastructure that can support a company serving over 50 million users worldwide.
• • You will be empowered to influence and evolve our Talent Acquisition function, taking ownership of refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high hiring standards.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve global talent scouting, actively mapping and engaging elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies around the world. This includes proactive outreach and strategic networking to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • You will be a champion for a world-class candidate experience, meticulously managing the entire recruitment journey from initial contact through to the final offer. Ensuring every candidate interaction is positive, respectful, and reflective of EverAI's commitment to quality is paramount.
• • Conducting structured interviews will be a core responsibility, focusing on assessing both technical capabilities and cultural fit. You will provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
• • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency as the company grows beyond 100 employees.
• • You will also contribute to creative employer branding efforts and other strategic initiatives designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for AI talent globally.
• • The role requires a proactive and innovative approach to sourcing, leveraging an AI-first recruitment stack. This involves utilizing a variety of tools, from AI agents to specialized technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover and engage exceptional candidates.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide will be crucial for anticipating and meeting future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling trajectory.
