The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in shaping the future of EverAI by assembling the team behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and partner with leaders across all business functions, including a strong focus on tech talent acquisition from leading global tech hubs.
• • The core mission of this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving over 40 million users. This involves not only filling current roles but also influencing the evolution of Talent Acquisition at EverAI, including refining internal workflows, experimenting with AI recruitment tools, launching employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a high bar for quality hires.
• • Key responsibilities encompass Global Talent Scouting, where the specialist will map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide, utilizing thoughtful outreach and strong networking. This includes identifying and connecting with passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • Smart Sourcing is another critical area, involving the support and implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. The specialist will leverage various tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover exceptional talent. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally is essential to proactively address future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling.
• • The role also demands ownership of a World-Class Candidate Experience, guiding candidates through their entire journey from initial contact to the final offer. Ensuring that every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome, is paramount. This includes conducting structured interviews and screenings to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • Furthermore, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in Hiring Operations, collaborating closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen the overall recruitment process as the company expands beyond 100 employees. Contributions to Employer Branding and other strategic initiatives are also expected, helping to position EverAI as a premier destination for top AI talent through creative projects and content development.
