As a company experiencing exponential growth, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, high-performing team of approximately 75 individuals. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of EverAI as we scale to over 100 employees, contributing significantly to our mission of building the world's leading AI companionship platform.
• • In this critical role, you will partner directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate with leaders across all departments to attract and secure top global talent. Your efforts will be instrumental in assembling the team that drives the success of one of the fastest-growing AI products worldwide. We pride ourselves on hiring internationally, drawing talent from leading tech hubs across the globe, with a particular emphasis on technical expertise.
• • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence and evolve our Talent Acquisition function. You will have the autonomy to refine internal recruitment workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our hiring processes, develop and launch impactful employer branding initiatives, and test innovative sourcing strategies that maintain our high standards for candidate quality.
• • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and successfully onboard exceptional global talent. Simultaneously, you will play a key role in building a robust recruitment technology stack that aligns with the scale and ambition of a company serving a massive international user base.
• • Key responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, where you will proactively identify and engage elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. This involves thoughtful outreach and strong networking to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • You will also be responsible for smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack. This includes leveraging a variety of tools, from AI agents to specialized technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover and engage exceptional talent.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial to ensure we consistently meet our hiring needs as we continue our rapid scaling trajectory.
• • A core aspect of this role is ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will own the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer and close. It is imperative that every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of the highest quality, regardless of the outcome for the candidate.
• • You will conduct structured interviews and screenings to rigorously assess candidates for both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • In terms of hiring operations, you will work closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen our operational capabilities as we expand beyond 100 employees.
• • Furthermore, you will contribute to employer branding and other strategic initiatives, developing creative approaches and content that firmly position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent.
