• • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EverAI Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies. Joining at a critical growth phase, you will be instrumental in scaling our team from approximately 75 to over 100+ individuals, directly impacting the company's trajectory and success.
• • Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, ensuring that EverAI continues to assemble a world-class team capable of building and scaling groundbreaking AI products.
• • You will partner closely with the CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate with leaders across all departments to recruit exceptional individuals from leading tech hubs worldwide, with a particular emphasis on technical roles.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and evolve the Talent Acquisition function. You will have the autonomy to refine internal recruitment workflows, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement, and develop innovative employer branding initiatives.
• • A key responsibility will be global talent mapping and scouting. You will proactively identify and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies, utilizing thoughtful outreach and strong networking skills to connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
• • You will be at the forefront of implementing an AI-first recruitment stack, leveraging advanced tools, AI agents, and niche technical communities to discover and attract exceptional candidates.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to staying ahead of hiring needs as the company continues its rapid expansion.
• • You will be the custodian of a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire journey from initial contact to the final offer. Ensuring every candidate interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality is paramount, regardless of the outcome.
• • Conducting structured interviews and thorough screenings will be essential to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
