As a fast-growing AI company, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, high-performing team of approximately 75 individuals. This role is crucial in shaping the future of EverAI by assembling the talent that will drive our growth from 75 to over 100 employees and beyond.
- • You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top global talent, contributing significantly to building a recruitment infrastructure that matches our ambitious scale and global reach. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that is not just building products but creating entirely new categories in the AI space.
- • The core mission of this role is to scout, engage, and hire elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. You will be instrumental in mapping the global talent landscape and proactively connecting with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities, leveraging thoughtful outreach and robust networking strategies.
- • A key responsibility will be to implement and utilize an AI-first recruitment stack, employing advanced tools, AI agents, and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be essential to anticipate and meet future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling.
- • You will be entrusted with owning the entire candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer close. Ensuring a world-class candidate experience is paramount, characterized by clear, respectful, and high-quality interactions at every touchpoint, regardless of the outcome.
- • Conducting structured interviews to rigorously assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment will be a significant part of your role. You will be responsible for providing concise, actionable feedback and summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- • Collaboration with Founders and Team Leads is key to optimizing hiring workflows, identifying and removing bottlenecks, and strengthening our operational efficiency as we expand beyond 100 employees. Your insights will directly contribute to refining how we recruit and onboard new team members.
- • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative employer branding initiatives and other creative projects designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent globally. This includes developing content and strategies that highlight our unique culture and opportunities.
