We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lean, passionate, and ambitious team of approximately 75 individuals. This is a pivotal moment to join EverAI, as we are doubling our headcount and preparing to scale to over 100 employees. The next hires will significantly shape the future of our company, and as our second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in this growth.
• • In this fully remote role, based in Spain, you will partner directly with our CEO, Alexis Soulopoulos, and collaborate closely with leaders across all departments to attract and secure top global talent. Your primary focus will be on building the team behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for technical roles from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • You will play a crucial role in shaping and evolving our Talent Acquisition function. This includes refining internal recruitment workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance our recruitment stack, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high bar for quality talent.
• • Your key mission is to identify, attract, and successfully onboard elite global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that can support a company serving 50 million users and beyond.
• • **Talent Mapping & Sourcing:**
• • Engage in global talent scouting, meticulously mapping and actively engaging with elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and leading companies worldwide. You will proactively identify and connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities through thoughtful, personalized outreach and robust networking.
• • Implement and leverage smart sourcing strategies, supporting the adoption of an AI-first recruitment stack. You will utilize a range of tools, from AI agents to specialized technical communities and unconventional channels, to discover and attract exceptional candidates.
• • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent across the globe, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-caliber candidates to meet our ongoing and future scaling needs.
• • **Candidate Experience & Evaluation:**
• • Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial contact to the final offer. You will ensure that every interaction with EverAI is characterized by clarity, respect, and professionalism, regardless of the outcome.
• • Conduct structured and insightful interviews to rigorously assess candidates' technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and cultural alignment with EverAI's values. You will provide concise, actionable feedback and summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
• • **Process Innovation & Collaboration:**
• • Optimize hiring operations by working collaboratively with Founders and Team Leads to streamline recruitment workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance our overall hiring effectiveness as we expand beyond 100 employees.
• • Contribute to innovative employer branding efforts and other strategic initiatives designed to position EverAI as the premier destination for the world's most talented AI professionals.
