• • You will collaborate directly with the CEO and partner with leaders across all functions to assemble the talent behind one of the world's fastest-growing AI products.

• • This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function, including refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high hiring standards.
• • The key mission for this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that aligns with the scale and ambition of a company serving millions worldwide.
• • Responsibilities include global talent mapping and scouting, identifying and engaging elite candidates from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking.
• • You will implement and leverage an AI-first recruitment stack, utilizing tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels to discover exceptional talent.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent globally is crucial to stay ahead of evolving hiring needs.
• • You will be responsible for delivering a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire journey from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
• • Conducting structured interviews and screenings to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment will be a core duty, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • You will actively work with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring operations, streamline workflows, and enhance our recruitment processes as we scale beyond 100 employees.
• • Contributing to employer branding efforts and other strategic initiatives to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent is also a key aspect of the role.
• • This role requires a proactive, doer mindset, balancing execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
