• • The leadership team includes Alexis Soulopoulos (CEO), with over 10 years in Tech Executive Leadership and co-founder of Mad Paws Holdings (0 to IPO); Michael Monin (Co-founder & CTO), with over 10 years as CTO/COO and experience in AI/LLM; Thomas Lacroix (Co-founder & CMO), with over 8 years in Customer Acquisition & E-commerce Growth; and Maruša Fasano (CFO/Legal), with over 25 years in Finance, Strategy, and M&A.

• • As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in this growth phase, working directly with the CEO and partnering with leaders across all business functions. Your primary focus will be to assemble the exceptional team driving one of the world's fastest-growing AI products.
• • The role involves international hiring across all company functions, with a significant emphasis on attracting top-tier technical talent from leading tech hubs worldwide.
• • You will have a unique opportunity to influence and evolve the Talent Acquisition function. This includes refining internal workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI recruitment tools, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a high bar for talent quality.
• • The key mission for this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that can support the scale and ambition of a company serving millions of users worldwide.
• • Responsibilities will span Global Talent Scouting, where you will map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies, identifying and connecting with passive candidates through strategic outreach and networking.
• • You will be involved in Smart Sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack and utilizing tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent globally will be crucial to staying ahead of hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling.
• • A core aspect of the role is ensuring a World-Class Candidate Experience, owning the entire candidate journey from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
• • You will conduct structured interviews and screenings to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • In terms of Hiring Operations, you will collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring workflows, eliminate friction points, and strengthen operational efficiency as the company grows beyond 100 employees.
• • You will also contribute to Employer Branding and other initiatives, participating in creative projects and content development to position EverAI as the premier destination for top AI talent globally.
