- • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for A1's critical product, engineering, and business functions. This is a dynamic, hands-on position requiring a strong focus on execution and a collaborative approach with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure the smooth and accurate progression of our hiring initiatives.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass supporting the full recruitment process, from the initial stages of sourcing and screening candidates to meticulously coordinating interviews and providing offer support.
- • You will actively source potential candidates through a diverse range of channels, including professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, leveraging employee referrals, utilizing various job boards, and engaging in proactive outreach to identify top talent.
- • A key part of your role will involve screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to evaluate fundamental role fit, gauge candidate motivation, and assess communication capabilities.
- • You will be responsible for the efficient coordination of interviews, managing complex scheduling, and facilitating the collection of feedback from both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a streamlined process.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be crucial, ensuring the integrity of our data and the consistency of our recruitment processes.
- • You will contribute to various recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement as the team scales, with a particular focus on enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening our employer branding efforts.

🎯 Requirements

- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction.
- • Proficiency or comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
