- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback collection and seamless communication throughout the process.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and consistent process adherence.
- • Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including enhancing candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.
- • Assist in keeping hiring operations organised, responsive, and efficient to maintain pace and quality during high-volume hiring periods.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and hiring goals.
- • Adapt to evolving recruitment needs by learning and applying best practices in technical hiring and operational efficiency.
- • Demonstrate strong ownership of tasks, follow through reliably on deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- • Embrace a learning-oriented mindset, actively seek feedback, and continuously improve recruitment execution and candidate interaction.
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all recruiting activities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
