- • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives across technical, marketing, and other business functions, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational hiring priorities and growth objectives.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies and clearly defined role requirements.
- • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and social media platforms to build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- • Lead candidate evaluation and talent assessment processes to identify individuals with strong functional expertise, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
- • Manage and streamline interview coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and structured selection process.
- • Continuously improve recruitment operations, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness across the organization.
- • Analyze recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to provide strategic updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
- • Support onboarding readiness and pre-joining engagement initiatives to enhance candidate conversion and early employee experience.
- • Stay informed on evolving talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and industry benchmarks to strengthen recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.
- • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and modern recruitment tools to drive efficient sourcing, streamline hiring workflows, and achieve data-driven talent acquisition outcomes.
- • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across technical and go-to-market (GTM) functions with demonstrated expertise in both areas.
- • Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and U.S. privacy rules, handling personal information responsibly and securely.
- • Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting Vultr as an inclusive and attractive employer to diverse talent pools.
- • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the recruitment process, adhering to equal opportunity employment principles and legal guidelines regarding background checks and candidate data.
- • Coordinate with global teams to support hiring needs in alignment with Vultr’s 33 global cloud data center locations and international workforce.
- • Leverage annual professional development reimbursement to enhance recruitment skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- • Apply quarterly equipment reimbursement for remote work setup to maintain optimal recruitment workflow efficiency.
- • Engage with candidates through a structured, respectful, and timely process that reflects Vultr’s commitment to a positive candidate experience.
- • Report on recruitment KPIs and hiring funnel metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
