- • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition Specialist for Binance, focusing on corporate and business hiring across departments including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and other non-technical functions.
- • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, coordinating hiring panels, and extending offers.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging both active and passive candidate networks.
- • Conduct interviews in Spanish and English to assess candidate fit, cultural alignment, and technical or functional competencies.
- • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track pipeline metrics, and ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols.
- • Advise hiring teams on market trends, competitive compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations in the Latin American and global talent markets.
- • Represent Binance at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry forums to enhance employer branding and attract top-tier talent.
- • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in hiring practices, onboarding experiences, and candidate communication across regions.
- • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including interview feedback, offer statuses, and candidate feedback for continuous process improvement.
- • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring by identifying and engaging underrepresented talent pools while adhering to Binance’s global hiring standards.
- • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates to stakeholders.
- • Stay updated on labor laws and hiring regulations in Mexico and other key markets to ensure compliant and ethical recruitment practices.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by offering strategic insights on talent acquisition challenges and opportunities in fast-growing markets.
- • Support employer branding initiatives by sharing success stories, candidate testimonials, and recruitment insights internally and externally.
- • Coordinate logistics for interviews, including scheduling, virtual platform setup, and candidate communication across time zones.
- • Continuously optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.
- • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors, agencies, and university partnerships to expand access to qualified candidates.
- • Ensure all hiring activities align with Binance’s mission to build an inclusive financial ecosystem and advance the freedom of money globally.
