• • Drive revenue like a seasoned deal-maker: Consistently exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by sourcing, negotiating, and closing sponsorships, licensing deals, product collaborations, and long-term ambassadorships that maximize creator income and brand equity.
• • Master the art of high-stakes negotiation: Lead end-to-end contract red-lining—from initial term sheets to final signatures—ensuring creators receive top-tier compensation, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and performance bonuses while safeguarding Dulcedo’s reputation.
• • Engineer data-driven growth strategies: Leverage platform analytics, trend forecasting tools, and A/B testing to optimize posting cadence, hashtag ecosystems, audience targeting, and monetization features (TikTok Shop, Instagram Subscriptions, Twitch Bits, etc.).
• • Curate 360° partnership experiences: Collaborate with PR, legal, creative, and finance teams to design integrated campaigns that span paid media, experiential events, merch drops, and philanthropic initiatives, delivering white-glove service to both talent and brands.
• • Be the connector everyone counts on: Tap your existing network of PR agencies, media buyers, and brand marketers to open doors for your creators, then expand that network through industry events, panels, and after-hours relationship-building.
• • Own the onboarding journey: From first handshake to first paycheck, guide new signings through Dulcedo’s ecosystem—introducing them to in-house production crews, setting up accounting workflows, and aligning them with cross-departmental resources.
• • Champion continuous learning: Monitor emerging platforms (BeReal, Lemon8, Kick), algorithm shifts, and FTC disclosure updates, then distill insights into actionable playbooks that keep your roster ahead of the curve.
