- • The Talent Analytics & Operations Manager will serve as the architect of Garner Health’s recruiting engine, ensuring seamless, data-driven, and highly efficient hiring processes that power the company’s growth. This role bridges high-level recruiting strategy with ground-level execution, providing the operational backbone that allows the Talent Acquisition team to scale without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and evolving TA team workflows, proactively identifying workflow gaps, managing change initiatives, developing and monitoring key recruiting metrics, partnering with TA Leaders to translate data insights into action plans, optimizing and managing TA tools and systems, and building intuitive dashboards to empower stakeholders with data-driven hiring decisions.
