This dynamic position is instrumental in guiding exceptional individuals into our firm, managing their journey from the very first interaction through to their successful integration on their first day in Aotearoa and beyond. Your primary focus will be on Global Mobility, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team to ensure that both local and global resourcing strategies effectively align with the ambitious demands of our rapidly growing, purpose-driven organisation.
- • This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible contribution to our global operations, making it an exceptionally attractive prospect for individuals who possess a genuine passion for mobility, talent management, and creating outstanding candidate experiences. At KPMG, our overarching mission is to foster prosperity for all New Zealanders through the impactful work we undertake and the innovative methodologies we employ. In this capacity, you will directly influence the realisation of this mission by ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience for every candidate and international hire who chooses to join our esteemed firm.
- • If you have a profound passion for people, an exceptional eye for detail, and the ambition to thrive within a globally recognised Big 4 environment, this is an excellent opportunity to significantly advance your career in the critical field of Talent Management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, encompassing several key areas:
- • **Global Mobility Administration:** You will take ownership of critical aspects of our Global Mobility administration. This includes providing comprehensive support for the coordination of international moves, meticulously managing remote working requests, and diligently maintaining accurate tracking and reporting mechanisms for all mobility-related activities. This ensures compliance and a smooth transition for our global talent.
- • **International Hire Onboarding:** You will work in close collaboration with our dedicated People Centre team to coordinate the onboarding process for international hires. Your efforts will guarantee that new international joiners experience a smooth, well-communicated, and genuinely welcoming onboarding journey, setting them up for success from day one.
- • **Candidate Logistics Coordination:** You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end logistics for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This involves the meticulous scheduling of interviews, managing invitations and confirmations with precision, and ensuring that both candidates and interviewers are fully equipped with all necessary information and resources.
- • **Candidate Lifecycle Administration:** You will provide essential support for candidate lifecycle administration. This includes maintaining highly accurate records within our systems, diligently tracking applications, and assisting in managing timely and professional responses to both successful and unsuccessful candidates, upholding our employer brand at every touchpoint.
- • **Inbox Management:** You will manage shared inboxes dedicated to Global Mobility and Talent Acquisition. This involves efficiently triaging and responding to a wide range of queries from candidates, employees, and other KPMG member firms located across the globe, acting as a key point of contact.
- • **Enhancing Candidate Experience & Employer Brand:** You will actively contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand. This involves ensuring we present ourselves brilliantly across all candidate touchpoints and advertising channels, consistently seeking innovative ways to make processes better, simpler, and more engaging for prospective hires.
- • **Supporting the Wider Talent Team:** During peak periods and key recruitment campaigns, you will provide invaluable support to the broader Talent team. This includes assisting with graduate or experienced hire intakes, supporting events, or contributing to critical projects when additional capacity is required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
- • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a world-class talent acquisition function within a leading professional services firm. You will be a key enabler of our growth and success by ensuring we attract and retain the best talent, both locally and globally.
