📋 Description
- • Develop and execute hiring strategies for Fluidstack's Data Center organization, focusing on speed and quality.
- • Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across data center operations, construction, and infrastructure business units.
- • Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount, map talent needs, and align hiring strategy to business objectives.
- • Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators with clear direction and performance accountability.

- • Measure what matters (pipeline conversion, source quality, time-to-hire) and use it to manage performance and make decisions.
- • Give clear, honest feedback and build trust by being straight with your team, not easy on them.

- • You measure what matters (pipeline conversion, source quality, time-to-hire) and use it to manage performance and make decisions.
