📋 Description

• Develop and execute hiring strategies for Fluidstack's Software org, focusing on speed and quality.
• Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations business units.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount, map talent needs, and align hiring strategy to business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators with clear direction and performance accountability.
• Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality, driving recruitment for hard-to-fill skilled trades, procurement, and supply chain roles to high offer-acceptance rates.
• Own the hiring metrics and recruiting infrastructure (ATS workflows, interview rubrics, calibration) that keep the funnel healthy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and optimize the talent acquisition process.
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on talent acquisition performance and progress.
• The Talent Lead - Software will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that attracts, engages, and retains top talent for Fluidstack's Software org.
• This role will play a critical role in shaping the company's employer brand and building a strong talent pipeline.
• The Talent Lead - Software will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.
• This role will require a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• The Talent Lead - Software will be responsible for managing a team of talent acquisition professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the talent acquisition function.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on software or technology industries.
• Proven track record of building and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and optimize the talent acquisition process.
