📋 Description

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for Fluidstack's Software org, focusing on speed and quality.
  • Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations business units.
  • Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount, map talent needs, and align hiring strategy to business objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators with clear direction and performance accountability.
  • Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality, driving recruitment for hard-to-fill skilled trades, procurement, and supply chain roles to high offer-acceptance rates.
  • Own the hiring metrics and recruiting infrastructure (ATS workflows, interview rubrics, calibration) that keep the funnel healthy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and optimize the talent acquisition process.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on talent acquisition performance and progress.
