- • As Talent Manager at Anrok Inc., you will lead and scale a recruiting team of 4-6 people, shaping the talent strategy for a high-growth tax automation platform that enables global compliance for software businesses.
- • You will maintain an active recruiting practice by personally handling strategic executive searches and priority Staff+ technical roles, while partnering with leadership and finance to forecast headcount growth 12-18 months ahead.
- • You will iterate and maintain recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and capacity planning, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- • You will build and own employer branding programs—including content, events, referral networks, and interview experience—to shape how the world sees Anrok as a place to work.
- • You will stay current on recruiting trends and technologies, leveraging your network and continuous learning to innovate recruiting practices, including experimenting with AI tools.
- • You will develop and mentor recruiting talent, investing in your team’s skills and career trajectories to build a high-performing, adaptive recruiting function.
- • You will contribute to Anrok’s mission of making compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small, backed by over $100M from top-tier investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3+ years leading recruiting teams in high-growth technology companies or within a venture capital firm
- • Proven track record of successfully hiring both technical and non-technical talent in highly competitive markets, with demonstrable wins in executive and Staff+ engineering recruiting
- • Experience scaling recruiting teams through periods of rapid growth (2x-3x headcount in a year)
- • Strong analytical skills and using data to drive decision-making and process improvements, including maintaining recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure
- • Experience managing and developing recruiting talent, with a genuine investment in upleveling your team's skills and career trajectories
- • Active presence in the recruiting community with strong networks and knowledge of current recruiting ecosystem trends
