📋 Description

• Talent Operations Program Manager at ElevenLabs is a critical role responsible for building and managing the infrastructure that supports high-volume, high-urgency hiring initiatives, ensuring the company can scale its talent acquisition efforts efficiently and effectively.
• Day to day, you will own relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors end-to-end, build and maintain capacity plans mapping hiring demand to recruiter supply, program manage surge hiring initiatives, design SOPs for external partner engagement, track and report on performance metrics like cost-per-hire and fill rates, and transition into broader Talent Ops work such as workflow automation and tooling over time.
• ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology, operating with high-velocity, impact-driven, AI-first principles across a global team of researchers, engineers, and operators committed to excellence and innovation.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in talent operations at scale, gain experience designing systems from scratch in a fast-growing AI company, and have the opportunity to expand into broader programs involving automation, data analytics, and recruiter enablement while contributing directly to ElevenLabs’ aggressive headcount growth goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces — you know how to hold external partners accountable to results.
• Strong program management instincts: you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls.
• Comfortable building structure where little exists — capacity models, trackers, SOPs, and reporting from scratch.
• Data-driven: you track what matters, spot problems early, and communicate clearly with numbers.
• Excellent stakeholder management — you can work across recruiting, finance, and hiring managers without friction.
