• • As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the candidate experience and building the operational foundation for our expanding Talent team. Your primary focus will be on mastering and refining the core recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every touchpoint.
• • You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, embodying Verse Medical's commitment to a world-class experience from their initial interaction through to the final stages of the hiring process. This involves meticulous management of interview logistics, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and dynamic scheduling changes.
• • A key aspect of this role is driving operational excellence. You will proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within our current hiring workflows, such as manual data entry or repetitive communication tasks. Your initiative will be crucial in implementing automated solutions, leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Ashby or Greenhouse, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• • You will contribute to maintaining the integrity of our recruitment data, ensuring that key hiring funnel metrics are accurate and up-to-date. This data will be instrumental in providing leadership with the insights needed to make informed strategic decisions about our growth and hiring strategies.

• • Beyond scheduling, you will contribute to the overall candidate journey by ensuring timely communication, providing necessary information, and addressing any candidate queries with professionalism and empathy.
