📋 Description
- • Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews across all teams, keeping the process fast and friction-free for candidates and interviewers alike
- • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring clear communication and a strong candidate experience
- • Manage our ATS hygiene, interview logistics, and recruiting workflows, flagging and fixing bottlenecks as we scale
- • Own the employee onboarding experience end to end, from offer acceptance through an employee's first 30 days
- • Build and refine onboarding materials, checklists, and processes that give new hires a strong start
- • Partner with People and recruiting leadership to identify gaps in process and propose improvements
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or people operations, ideally at a high-growth startup
- • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many moving pieces at once
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interfacing with candidates, new hires, and executives
- • A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity, you build process where none exists
- • Genuine enthusiasm for creating great candidate and employee experiences
