• • As the first Talent Partner at Sailor Health, you will build the corporate recruiting function from the ground up, working directly with founders to attract world-class talent that supports the mission of improving mental health care for older adults.
• • You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and onboarding — ensuring a 5-star candidate experience while managing pipelines in Ashby, developing recruitment rubrics, and launching new role searches.
• • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven digital health company backed by founders from Ramp, Nourish, and Headway, partnered with Medicare to deliver AI-native mental health, care navigation, and wellness services to seniors across America.
• • In this zero-to-one role, you will develop scalable hiring systems, partner with cross-functional leaders, and grow your expertise in startup recruiting, talent strategy, and HR operations while making a tangible impact on team quality and organizational culture.
