- • As a Talent Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will play a critical role in scaling Primer’s global team by owning end-to-end recruitment for 4–6 live roles at any time, directly impacting the company’s ability to hire exceptional talent across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Finance functions.
- • Day to day, you will lead structured intake sessions with hiring managers, develop and execute tailored search strategies, source and assess candidates, manage offer negotiations independently, and ensure a high-quality, transparent candidate experience that reflects Primer’s values of speed, honesty, and consideration.
- • You will join Primer’s Talent team, which operates as true business partners to leaders across the organisation, focused on building high-performing teams in a fast-scaling, global environment with a strong emphasis on quality, pace, and impact in hiring.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your ability to navigate ambiguity, manage a high-volume recruitment workload autonomously, and deepen your expertise across diverse functions — leaving the recruitment function stronger through improved processes, documented searches, and shared market insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of in-house technical or GTM recruiting experience at a high-growth company
- • Proven track record of running senior-level searches end-to-end independently, without requiring oversight at each stage
- • Ability to quickly learn and recruit for new functions — adapting to unfamiliar hiring areas within a week, not a quarter
- • Strong candidate assessment skills, with the ability to clearly articulate hiring decisions based on evidence, not just intuition
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a heavy workload, thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently
