- • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, commercial, operational, and technical roles across Solink’s organization, from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, job boards, and employee referrals to attract passive and active candidates.
- • Build and nurture talent communities and pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple functions, with a focus on developing expertise in technical recruiting.
- • Represent Solink’s employer brand through networking, recruitment events, and social media engagement to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
- • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit using structured evaluation methods, ensuring consistent and fair hiring practices that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- • Coordinate interview schedules, gather structured feedback from hiring teams, and maintain momentum throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, interview conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates to inform process improvements.
- • Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to hiring managers to support data-driven hiring decisions and strategic workforce planning.
- • Collaborate with senior Talent Partners and hiring leaders to strengthen technical recruiting capabilities, particularly in engineering and product development roles.
- • Continuously learn about technical skill sets, organizational structures, and emerging talent market trends to become a trusted advisor to hiring managers in technical domains.
- • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving hiring effectiveness, employer branding, and recruiter capability.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities align with Solink’s values of urgency, quality, teamwork, and trust, while promoting a candid, inclusive, and positive candidate experience.
- • Support compliance with Solink’s security policies, including mandatory criminal records checks and eligibility requirements for Canadian citizenship or work authorization.

- • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
