- • Talent Partner - GTM role at 9fin Ltd focused on building commercial teams to drive global expansion following a $170m Series C funding round
- • Lead end-to-end hiring for Go-To-Market functions including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing across New York and occasionally London, while supporting content and other business-critical hiring needs
- • Partner with hiring managers and senior commercial leaders as a trusted advisor to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and ensure exceptional talent acquisition that raises the business bar
- • Contribute to process improvement by leveraging data from Ashby, AI-enabled workflows, and modern tools to enhance hiring efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience while building high-quality talent pipelines
