- • As a Talent Partner (GTM) on a 12-month contract, you will play a critical role in scaling Loopio’s revenue-generating teams by partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders in the Ontario Hub to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for go-to-market roles, directly impacting the company’s growth trajectory.
- • You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM positions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, debrief facilitation, and offer management — while ensuring adherence to Loopio’s Hiring Policy and delivering an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand and values.
- • You will collaborate with the Talent Experience and broader People Teams to refine talent acquisition best practices, contribute innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels, and support occasional technical hiring needs for Product teams, expanding your expertise across functions.
- • You will represent Loopio at virtual and in-person recruitment events, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on compensation structures and market trends, and maintain discretion and confidentiality while managing high-volume requisitions with urgency and precision.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle go-to-market recruitment within an agency or high-growth SaaS company, including at least 1 year of corporate recruitment experience.
- • Proven success in scaling GTM teams and partnering with Revenue leaders on roles such as BDR/SDRs, AEs, Customer Support, Technical Support, and RevOps.
- • Experience in technical recruitment and collaboration with Product leaders on hiring for Software Developers, Product Managers, and Product Designers.
- • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
- • Strong research, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail abilities, coupled with adaptability to evolving business needs.
- • Familiarity with Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms; prior experience with Ashby is a bonus.
