📋 Description
- • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT and technology professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across client engagements.
- • Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to assess job requirements, compensation models, and talent availability to design realistic and effective sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities.
- • Proactively build and maintain robust pipelines of specialized IT talent, ensuring continuous availability of qualified candidates for active and upcoming requisitions.
- • Conduct candidate evaluations that assess both technical capability and cultural/organizational alignment with client teams and project needs.
- • Negotiate compensation packages, hourly rates, and engagement terms with candidates and internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market benchmarks.
- • Maintain precise, real-time tracking of all recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal workflows and employment regulations.
- • Analyze pipeline strength and prioritize requisitions based on urgency, business impact, and delivery timelines to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams and clients by providing market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and competitive hiring landscapes for technology roles.
- • Foster ongoing relationships with consultants throughout their active assignments, supporting retention and facilitating renewals or new placements.
- • Leverage modern recruiting platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve placement quality.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple simultaneous requisitions and client demands with accuracy and urgency.
- • Collaborate with distributed recruiting teams across international regions, including the U.S., India, and the Philippines, to coordinate global talent delivery efforts.
- • Ensure adherence to best practices in contract staffing, including compliance with legal and contractual obligations for temporary and project-based placements.
- • Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate experiences from initial outreach through onboarding and beyond, reinforcing client trust and employer brand reputation.
- • Report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.
- • Stay current with evolving technology hiring trends, particularly in software engineering, cloud architecture, and data-centric roles, to maintain sourcing relevance and competitiveness.
- • Contribute to operational excellence by optimizing recruitment workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to scale recruitment capacity.
- • Work autonomously to manage daily priorities while meeting deadlines and delivering measurable results in a remote, results-oriented environment.
