- • Manage end-to-end talent sourcing for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles across APAC markets, from initial outreach to successful hire, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- • Conduct initial qualification screenings and informal candidate conversations to assess cultural and role fit while building lasting professional relationships
- • Drive inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (I.D.E.A.) initiatives by developing and executing strategies to expand the pipeline of underrepresented talent across all levels of GTM roles
- • Partner with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs, translate role requirements into targeted sourcing profiles, and design innovative campaigns to attract high-quality candidates
- • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools to perform Boolean and X-ray searches, identifying passive and active candidates through unconventional channels
- • Collaborate with the broader Recruiting team to align on hiring targets, streamline workflows, and improve overall recruitment efficiency without compromising candidate quality
- • Maintain and optimize ATS databases, ensuring accurate candidate tracking, tagging, and pipeline management to support data-driven decision-making
- • Build and manage strategic partnerships with organizations, communities, and institutions to increase access to diverse talent pools in APAC regions
- • Analyze sourcing metrics and recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks, measure campaign effectiveness, and implement process improvements that reduce time-to-hire
- • Support end-to-end recruiting operations including interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, and sourcing channel management
- • Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on candidate positioning and offer strategy
- • Represent Notion with professionalism, warmth, and empathy in all candidate interactions, ensuring every applicant—regardless of outcome—has a positive experience
- • Embrace and experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing productivity and outcomes, while maintaining human-centric engagement throughout the process
- • Work in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days), with potential for additional in-office requirements based on team or role needs
- • Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives including employer branding, candidate experience improvements, and internal process documentation
- • Remain adaptable to evolving hiring priorities across fast-growing APAC markets while consistently delivering high-volume, high-quality sourcing results
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, in-house or agency
- • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and X-ray searches
- • Fluent in both Japanese and business English
