• • As a Talent Specialist at BioRender, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience by managing interview scheduling, coordinating hiring logistics, and supporting recruiting operations across multiple time zones.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, managing complex calendars for candidates and hiring teams, organizing interview debriefs, maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS, supporting recruiting operations through reporting and process improvements, partnering with recruiters to optimize workflows, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, assisting with offer coordination and pre-boarding, and identifying inefficiencies to propose scalable solutions using AI enhancements.
• • You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage, contributing to BioRender’s mission of providing a best-in-class hiring experience.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in talent operations, recruiting coordination, and process optimization, gaining hands-on experience with ATS platforms and AI-driven tools while contributing to operational excellence in a high-growth tech environment.
