• • The Binance Accelerator Program - Compliance Training role is a fixed-term internship designed for early-career talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 and cryptocurrency industry, specifically supporting compliance training and employee development initiatives at Binance Holdings Limited.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design and delivery of compliance training programs, assisting in instructional design and training operations, leveraging AI tools to enhance learning outcomes, contributing to learning analytics, and helping build engaging, effective training materials aligned with regulatory expectations in the digital assets space.
• • The team operates within Binance’s global blockchain ecosystem, which serves over 300 million users across 100+ countries and is recognized for its industry-leading security, transparency, trading speed, liquidity, and comprehensive suite of digital-asset products spanning trading, finance, education, research, payments, institutional services, and Web3 innovations.
• • The intern will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, training operations, learning analytics, and AI-enhanced learning technologies within a compliance-focused cryptocurrency environment, while building transferable skills, expanding their professional network, and developing expertise in L&D within a high-growth, innovative industry.
